Apostle Dr. M.P. Mbewe is the President and Founder of Calvary Family International Ministries, a multi-faceted international ministry headquartered in Blantyre -Malawi with a Christian School, International Bible Training Institute , Radio and Television Station ,  a Micro- finance project and has planted growing churches in several countries in Africa and in the United Kingdom. Commonly known as the Apostle of Favour , his message of the Joseph Anointing and Favour has taken him from halls to stadiums where he has ministered to capacity crowds with signs, miracles and wonders following.

His kingdom mandate is to raise , equip and mentor emerging leaders to be Kingdom-minded , so that they  rise up as Kings and Priests to occupy the Seven Mountains of Influence and thereby bring spiritual, socio-economic transformation in their communities and nations.

He is pastor to pastors and a mentor to many emerging young leaders who continue to draw on his wisdom, maturity and experience . His Kingdom Mandate has opened doors for him to speak and interact with leadership at political, church,civic and business forums.

Apostle Mbewe is a member of the Eminent Persons Group in Malawi and a distinguished statesman .He has held several national appointments and chaired several government Boards one of which was Chairperson of the Taskforce for Malawi National Peace Architecture, a peace project with United Nations and the Malawi Government which is working to establish the Malawi Peace Commission.

Along with Apostolic and Pastoral responsibilities, Apostle Mbewe ministers in churches, conventions, seminars and crusades internationally where many lives are impacted and transformed.

Apostle Mbewe is married to Rosie who is also an ordained minister and together they have four children  with grandchildren and live in Blantyre, Malawi.
